Key Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in social commerce, particularly TikTok Shop and Live
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Ads, Shop operations and performance strategy
  • Proven ability to manage GMV targets and commercial outcomes
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders (Marketing Director / CMO level)
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel or equivalent)
  • Confident team leadership and people management experience
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Key Activities

  • Act as strategic advisor on TikTok Shop and campaign performance
  • Lead client relationships and senior stakeholder meetings
  • Manage and develop account management team members
  • Oversee campaign delivery from onboarding through to optimisation
  • Drive sales and profitability across client activity
  • Use data to identify growth opportunities and optimise performance
  • Plan and deliver Live commerce strategies with studio teams
  • Integrate paid, organic and commerce strategies
  • Manage budgets, spend and financial processes
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and share best practice internally
  • Contribute to evolving the ONYX proposition

The Role

We are expanding our client team and are looking for an Account Director with strong experience in social commerce, particularly across TikTok Shop, Live and Ads strategy.

This is a senior role focused on leading client relationships, driving performance and building high-performing teams. You will work closely with clients to define strategy, oversee execution and ensure campaigns deliver commercial results.
